Travel Information
Airports:
Reagan National Airport is the closest and most accessible airport to the venue and area hotels. It's roughly a 15-minute taxi ride, depending on traffic. This airport is also located on the DC Metrorail system (blue line).

Dulles International Airport is the next closest airport-an estimated 40 minutes outside of DC. However, the high volume of travel in this area leads to frequent traffic jams and significant delays. If you plan to fly into Dulles, please allow yourself extra travel time. A taxi starts at $50 and increases depending on length of travel time. This airport is not accessible by Metrorail.
Driving Directions:
From I-95 (southbound): Take the Capital Beltway (I-95 and I-495) to Maryland 295 (the Baltimore-Washington Parkway) south, and follow the directions below.
From Maryland 295 (the Baltimore-Washington Parkway): Proceed south to the New York Avenue exit. Drive along New York Avenue until you bear right onto L Street. After a few blocks, bear right onto Massachusetts Avenue. SAIS is at 1740 Massachusetts Avenue N.W., just beyond 17th Street.
From I-95 (northbound): Proceed north until the merger of I-95 and I-495 (the Capital Beltway). At that point, do not get on the beltway. Instead, take I-395 north towards Washington. Follow signs to the 14th Street Bridge. Once on 14th Street, proceed to Thomas Circle and exit the circle onto Massachusetts Avenue westbound (i.e., towards what was your left as you approached the circle). SAIS is at 1740 Massachusetts Ave. N.W., just beyond 17th Street.
Metrorail Directions:
The JHU SAIS campus is located 3 blocks from the Dupont Circle metro station (red line). Exit the station towards Dupont Circle. Proceed to the right around the circle until you reach Massachusetts Ave. Turn right onto Massachusetts Ave
Hotel Recommendations
Due to a city wide conference during the week of the CSEC Mid hotel space is extremely limited. We strongly encourage you to make arrangements as soon as possible. In an effort to assist you with this, we have blocked rooms at the Hyatt in Arlington, Virginia. Room block expires March 17, 2006.

Parking for the Event
Limited parking is available across the street at 1717 Massachusetts Avenue. The price is $14 for the entire day, or $8 for any fraction of an hour.
