Internships at Shared Hope International
(SHI) allow emerging leaders to apply their knowledge and skills
in a professional, non-profit environment. SHI interns are usually
graduate or undergraduate students looking to make a difference
and expand their understanding of the issues surrounding sex
trafficking and sex tourism.
Internships last three months or one full semester. Interns
are asked to commit at least 15 hours per week to SHI, and
are allowed flexibility in scheduling. Course credit is available.
As an intern, you will have opportunity
to create research projects,
work on public relations
campaigns, develop outreach
opportunities, and experience
the inner workings of a non-profit
or ganization. Interns are
encouraged to explore different
areas of interest during the
course of their internship.
In addition to offering a general track
for interns SHI offers several
specific tracks which may align
more with your professional goals and skills.
Specific internship tracks
include:
| |
Communications and Public Awareness |
