The Trafficking Victim's Bill of Rights

In countries of destination, trafficked victims should be entitled to 10 fundamental and basic rights—a Bill of Rights for Victims of Trafficking. These rights are:
The right to safety
The right to privacy
The right to information
The right to legal representation
The right to be heard in court
The right to compensation for damages
The right to medical assistance
The right to social assistance
The right to seek residence
The right to return
